The Zelo website and mobile application ("Platform") are owned by the Company. The Platform is a fintech solution that connects investors with vendors/suppliers facilitating their financing requirements based on their business performance.
When you use our services, you will be sharing information with us. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains what information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we provide you to access, update, and delete your information.
BY DOWNLOADING AND USING THE PLATFORM, YOU FULLY CONSENT TO THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING THE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION TO LOCATIONS WHICH THE AUTHORITIES IN YOUR JURISDICTION MAY NOT RECOGNISE AS PROVIDING AN ADEQUATE LEVEL OF PROTECTION FOR PERSONAL DATA.

What Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

When you use the Zelo platform, we collect information that you choose to share with us, including:
  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, and other registration details
  • Identity Verification: Government-issued ID, passport, Emirates ID, trade license, and other documents required for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance
  • Device Information: Information from and about the devices on which you use the Platform
  • Financial Information: Bank account details, financial statements, credit history, income verification, tax documents, and other financial data necessary for our services
  • Business Information: Company details, trade license information, business registration documents, invoice data, and working capital requirements
  • Investment Information: Investment preferences, risk tolerance, portfolio information, and transaction history
  • Communication: Information you provide when contacting our support team or communicating through the Platform. When you contact our customer support team, in any way, we will collect whatever information you share. Please note that we do not store, sell, share, rent or lease any credit/debit card numbers to any third parties.

Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.

Permission Management

You can modify permissions for location access, notifications, and other features through your device settings. By doing that, services on the Platform will lose full functionality.

Platform Deletion

You may delete the Platform application from your device at any time.
